First of all, I want to say thank you to S2 for subbing this wonderful series. I really appreciate all of your hard work!!! Thank you again.

Lastly, is there anyway to stop that idiot (KoreaFan18) from posting Eng subs online besides giving him bad ratings on YouTube?

Is there a way you can make subs available only to D-Addicts members or a mailing list you can sign up to get access to subs? or any procedure to filter out idiots like KoreaFan18? or an agreement not to post subs on other web sites before downloading them for personal use?

First off.. many thanks to our supporters for the kind words. To be honest, we are sad & disappointed and feel so helpless regarding the harsub & distribution of ep 1 on YT.

We know that despite our numerous requests, people still hardsub & stream. We did our best thus far to ignore the situation and focus on subbing instead. However, for this particular series, we really can't look the other way. We are sincerely asking everyone to understand and support us. If you guys need to hardsub this series.. please do it for your personal enjoyment and DON'T distribute it publicly at all.

We understand that people just want to share the drama with others.. and we definitely share the same goal. We wouldn't go through all the trouble of subbing this difficult drama if it weren't for the fans and those who want to learn more about the Korean culture.

Please know that "Legend" is the most expensive drama being made ever. With so much money invested, it is very understandable that MBC is more strict about licensing & copyright issues.

We are taking a very HUGE risk by just soft-subbing this drama -as we are one of the more active fansubbing groups, we became an easy target. We really need people to refrain from hardsubbing and stream this drama w/ our subs to not put us at greater risks. To be honest.. as much as we want to spread our work.. we can't ignore the risks involve completely and that alone- really distract us from our main task- subbing!!!!

We do know that many people have slow internet connections and are not good with the new technologies and such.. we feel for you guys.. but if we are going to spend over 15+ hours * sometimes yanking our hair out" to complete an episode .. For people to leave the computer on for several hours to download the raw file or reading the FAQ thread to learn how to work the subs - that is not too much to ask, is it?

Subbing this drama is already very stressful on us.. we really don't want to have to deal with copyright issues and warning letters from big stations. We really really hope that we don't have to go through this again or have to make the painful decision to halt or stop subbing. Please help & support & protect us so we can continue our journey to share with non-korean this fabulous drama and many many more.

Hi there, I just registered myself here because I feel I need to comment here... Smile

At first I don't love to watch historical dramas, but Legend is just tooo cool to leave it. I want to thank WITHS2 to take the risk of subbing it. And I hope you'll continue with the other episodes, because I don't understand a single word korean... *sigh* I think I will follow a course in after my study. Smile

And for fools like KoreaFan18... Please stop uploading the HARDSUBS on YOUTUBE! *glares*
