Thansk Newbie-Forever for the subs.

There's 1 problem though. The subtitles for episode 11 seem to be off. The timing doesn't synchronize.

Even when I manually delay or forward the subtitle for a few seconds to match it with any one line, the rest of the subs go more out of sync.

Any suggestions?

Subs for episode 12 seems to be fine.
