The VCD version is cut differently and has more episodes, maybe 24 is the count for that.
But for TV rips there were only 15 weeks.

lol It needs to actually be complete in order to delay it. At this point it's still being worked on.
And the answer to when things will be released is always "when it is done." If you want something more specific you won't get it.... ever. Because people don't know the definition of "estimate."
