PlEASE URGENT! Help me identify this korean actor/singer(?)

My sister has a friend, and she claims that this person (or rather these persons) is her friends from the high society. She(1) told her other friend(2) that this guy is "Eugene", the soulmate that the other friend(2) is waiting for. The other friend(2) believed her for many years. She(1) also used other korean actors' pictures like Chun Jung Myung and Kim Gang Woo, and showed it to her bestfriends, claiming that these are her rich friends.

The good thing is the other friend(2) finally became suspitious of the real identity of She's(1) friends.

She(1) used Han Hye Jin's pics and also told her friends that Hye Jin is her friend. That she(1) even met Hye Jin in the supermarket and got to talk to her, like real friends. But luckily, "Jumong" began to air here in our country.Of course the other friend(2) saw HyeJin's character Soseono. The other friend also began to doubt the existence of the friends She(1). The other friend(1) never had any real life encounter with the friends of She(1). She(1) also used Jeong Ryeo Won's pics, and her dramas aired here as well.

Now, we want to know who this is this korean guy...at least to have a closure.

So, please help us. We think She(1) is phychologically challenged, due to her family background, and we would really like to help her.
