Thanks. We do plan to upload a series in DA, but the team decided not to upload Marimar here because of the poor quality of the raws. We're currently looking for a more decent raws to sub and upload here in DA, so we would have a really good DA presentation.
The Marimar subs and raws are hosted somewhere else as a direct download (http://chinkymovies.blogspot.com)... I'm just not sure if we can post a discussion forum here about a Filipino drama without the raws and subs downloadable via the DA torrents, so I'm not doing that here.
And regarding the legality of uploading fil dramas on the internet.... I don't think it was ever legal even with the non-fil dramas  but we're minimizing the impact by uploading the dramas as-is and not hardsubbing it and modifying the original raws. That's also the reason why we don't upload in crunchyroll.... it's safer if the uploader does not come from the Philippines, but as I (and many of the members of Noypi) are based in Manila... we're just avoiding/minimizing the legal risks.

Visit http://z3.invisionfree.com/noypi_fansubs, register there, and introduce yourself in there. When we see it, we'll approve your registration so you can start posting/contributing to the group.
We are in need of translators and timers for the Marimar episodes, and also some Fil movies.

Good thing that there is someone who started fansubbing a pinoy teleserye.. I'm on the works on Zaido Pulis Pangkalawakan english subs.. and wondering If I can contribute to your work.. I am able to build a website coz I am a web designer.. I know also how to hard sub and I can provide the raw of any teleserye.. not HD quality though..
I have a test run on youtube a pilot episode one of zaido.. With subs.. but it is only a clip..

I just saw your English subs for Zaido... cool! Just a few days ago some members at Noypi (including myself) were expressing about subbing it. 
I hope you'd join us at Noypi Fansubs! E-mail us at noypifansubs@yahoo.com then register at http://z3.invisionfree.com/noypi_fansubs so I know you have registered and I can approve it.
If you can pioneer the subbing for Zaido, then we can help you out! By the way, how are you able to get HQ raws of Zaido? I have downloaded myself from IPmart forums but the quality is not that high.
