You're welcome, guys.

We're still sorting out some standards and discussing how we should sub MWS. We're also in the process of acquiring Da Ren Wu (DRW) raw. If most of us prefer DRW than MWS, then DRW will be next when it's out.

As for now, MWS eps 3 is ready. Eps 4 needs a bit editing / QC-ing. Eps 5 is being redone. Eps 6 and 7 are under work. So, these episodes will get released (hopefully) soon. MWS raw is being transfered to our encoders. It'll take some time.

But we don't do uber-fast subbing this time. So, don't get too excited yet.

I heard that Da Ren Wu is a great movie...it would be great if you guys could sub it after its released Big Smile

you heard its a great movie?...lol, no one has seen it yet, and theres little storyline available. I hardly think anyone can judge from that yet. But I'm stoked about Da Ren Wu, because of Liu Tao and Angelica, so either if they decide to sub MWS or DRW, I'm a happy camper. I'm going to watch DRW right when its available though, on aug 3.

I could approximate how long the subbing process is going to be, especially with people starting school and such, and its going to be very stressful. And there's always going to be people egging the subbers to do faster subs. College is already very stressful, so don't expect an episode a week, or even every 2 weeks.

Just wondering, for Jiang Hu members and anyone else who care to comment, how is this drama series compare to other drama series produced by Zhang JiZhong (XAJU '01, TLBB '03, LOCH '03, and ROCH '06)?

is laughing in the wind good? I heard that the first part of the serie is boring. Right now I'm seeking dramas like eternal happiness (comedy and romance) any recommandation? I really like this serie....

I don't consider it boring. It's good. But as for wuxia dramas like Eternal Happiness, hmm... Try "Duke of Mount Deer 2000". I like it and it's funny. Less romance, though.

I luv duke of mount deer 2000, you can't beat the cast. I guess people either get annoyed with Dicky Cheung or really like him. I probably watched every series hes in...never boring to me.

As for Xiao Ao Jiang Hu...there was 3 made around the same time in 2000. I watched it all, that's how much I'm addicted to chinese series. I guess its a matter of preference of who you like. The fighting was really superb for the 01 version with Li Ya Peng, but overall, I thought the Fann Wong version suited me best. I love Fann Wong and all her work, and I really liked the soundtrack, the best out the 3. The 2 I mentioned never got boring to be, maybe because I watched it so fast. The Richie Ren and Anita Yuen version was kinda boring to me, but I watched it anyways.

As to which series I think the best was by the producer...I'm biased towards Liu Yi Fei, so you probably know my answer. Storywise LOCH has to be the best and the places and way they shot it is incredible. Qing Qing in SSWRB is a little too over jealous beyond compare I think, otherwise, its a great story.

I got bored with eternal happiness after like 10 episodes. If you guys want everything usually associated with a good chinese story, check out Young warriors of Yang clan...the one with Hu Ge. I watched that series like in super speed, couldn't stop watching.

didn't like young warriors. I prefered warriors of yang clan with alec su (the 36 episodes but unfortunately there is no seed anymore for he torrent...). But I'm seeking romance associated with comedy dramas (like eternal happiness). Do you know any of it? I bought war of in law recently hope it's good.

If you guys do decide on MWS, is it possible to check on the Video Codec of the AVI files?
I did burn ep1+2 to dvd, but the Audio sounded either static or like chipmunk. The Video was fine though. Very strange. I finally solved it by reconverting it again to AVI in ffmpegx. (I can't remember how to do it now though. But there was some video quality loss though).
