I don't have the problem. Try recheck the hash of that episode using your torrent client. Perhaps your copy got corrupted.

No, I don't have that problem. Try rechecking the file with your torrent client. Perhaps it got corrupted.

How do I go about checking this? I’m using Bittorrent on the Mac.

I also redownloaded the file and it is doing the same thing. It plays fine on VLC player but it would only shows something like 7 seconds or so when I open it in Toast.

I think I need to convert it using ffmpegx. Maybe that will fix the problem. Very puzzling.

I went on to the Video Forum help site and someone there thinks this AVI file is using a Codec that is not supported by Toast 7 for Mac OSX.

VLC Player supports a wide variety of video codecs, that's why I was able t play it in VLC but couldn't burn it to Toast.

I’ll try burning it to VCD as ISO file.

the file look's a little bit abnormal Mr. Green ... G-Spot says it's a multipart avi (228 frames followed by 83598 frames)
that's why you have the troubles ... only reencoding solve this glitch

3lutz3toe, I've tried AviFixed program that comes with K-Lite Mega codecs pack. It seems to be alright. Would you like to give it a try?
