I currently like the 1st half of this episode, and the 2nd half is leaving me in suspense.

I am debating to watch episode 20 or just waiting to have 5 episodes to watch in a row.

It's better if you watch until eps 24. Eps 20-23 are about palace-related suspense. Few actions, but lots of buildup. The punch line is in eps 24. Spoiler ahead:

It will surprise you as Yuan Chengzhi will find an unlikely ally.
