Bi Xue Jian is correct. Xie is only used informally and in certain terms.

Edit: BTW, Bankai, Bi Xue Jian is the correct term, not Bi Xie Jian. See Ueda's post.

No, I'm very sure the correct term is "xie". The title is "碧血劍", with xie being the correct romanization of "血"
EDIT: You can try typing "xue" in chinese. You will not get the word you are looking for. Well at least with Traditional Chinese IME system.

You should try reading a dictionary instead.
