Oeh, it looks really good o.o And it was about damn time he FINNALY gets a girlfriend (he always missed damnit >_<), and a lead role....

Hey, I just recently discovered Ikuta Toma. I wiki-ed him and it says Ikuta is an artist and an actor, but he never released any albums right? And I checked on imeem and youtube for possible mvs but I couldn't find any. Does Ikuta have any mvs? And does he have any albums released?

Toma is not debut yet so he dun have any album and he is a full time actor now^^

toma he`s not really famous enough like other je in japan

and many ppl in japan didn`t know him that what I read in some forum

I'm sad he's not as famous as we think he is. He's the only JE boy I have continued to follow since I started fangirling. The others I'm on and off. (I'll never forget how it felt to learn he was such good friends with Yamapi. I thought the world was going to self-combust, it was too good. haha)

But WTF is up with his hair? It's not as bad as Yamapi's, but...I WANT MAOU HAIR BACK!!!! Curls don't suit him. :'[

he is the most talented actor i've ever seen, i adored his part in Hana Kimi, was super excellent thumright

Well most other JE boys have been debuted for years including all the media attention and build up of fans that comes with it...how 'odd' is it that he's not as famous? It isn't because it's practically impossible to be.
Toma can't ride on the wave of near sure succes all his fellow debuted Johnnys can who find themselves non-stop in the lime-light and have their music group as safety net. He has to work REALLY HARD. I'm not saying the other JE boys don't work hard, but Toma just has to go the extra mile time and time again.

Apart from that Toma's not a typical JE bishounen boy like Kame, Jin or Yamapi. I don't mind that, I love the guy, but I think many girls who are only into easthetics and glances-at-first-sight do. I see a lot of shallow comments where girls comment on how he's not pretty enough. (and I agree, Toma's not pretty, he's handsome, which I prefer obviously) After all, it's what JE is also famous for, so in that respect he doesn't fit in as much. Sad but true.

I doubt Toma will every be officially debuted. He was the boy that got left out of M.A.I.N. which became Arashi with the additions of Ohno and Sakurai and then 4tops got ripped apart so Yamapi could be NewS's frontman. He's one unlucky guy, but he doesn't give up, and he should be respected for that (and encouraged and cherished ;) )

maybe I should have phrased it better?

I meant Toma has to work harder than most of the JE boys for the same kind of recognition because he doesn't have a safety net like most others do with their music groups and the fanbases that come with those. I'm not saying he doesn't work hard, that would just be a plain silly statement ;) I'm even worried about his busy schedule D:
