I know where you can get Tabloid, ClubBox.
Search "tabloid" using http://boxfile.co.kr/ in IE.

But the quality is really poor, and it only has Chinese subs. Love Quotient must be available somewhere, it's relatively recent, and I think I have seen it available, though probably not with English subs.

Yes, she should appear in the episode 3 of Tenchijin, judging by the preview for it at the end of episode 2.

I'll keep an eye out for both Tabloid and Love Quotient : if there are chinese subs for them, that means someone will eventually use them to do english subs. I just hope we'll be able to get a good RAW source.
