hey i need help. i have downloaded the series... there's something wrong with it... the audio works fine except that the video is just a blank grey screen.... its the same for both real player and windows media player..... help...!!

i've experienced problems like that before.. do you have a codec pack installed in your PC? you need the said program for some if not most video files.. here's the link to the codec pack that i use: [url]http://www.cccp-project.net/
