Do you have Vietnamese subtitle for these epi ? and what kind of video's files from 21 to 31. ( AVI, RMVB, or MPEG? )

I need somebody help me onegai shimasu!
I can't unarchive Oshin 17.mkv.rar, after have downloaded from the Mofile site.
The size specified in the site is 83.58Mb, but the real size is 21.6Mb, and it's impossible to expand the archive.
Could somebody upload the archive or send me by e-mail? Please?
I need this episode to complete me collection! Just this!
