That is b/c Tear by X-japan is an awesome love song. You may want to check out their 1997 album "Ballad Collection", all good to great J-rock love songs.

The best J-Rock love songs I've heard are:
Konayuki- Remiomoren
Chiisana Koi no Uta- Mongol 800 (it is the insert song in Proposal Daisakusen)
Tentai Kansoku- Bump of Chicken
Sharin no Uta- Bump of Chicken
Supernova- Bump of Chicken
Namida no Furusato- Bump of Chicken
Also the song stereo by Nishikido Ryo. Although he's really J-Pop this song has a definte J-Rock feel to it (at least in my opinion).
And that's all I have~

OMG thanks a lot!!i was looking for that one!Since the first time i heard it i liked it and i was looking for the mane of the artist....
About the jrock love song i'm sorry but i can't help too much cuz most of the song i have are the same that all you mentioned in this thread!!! Gomen

I haven't listened to a lot of J-rock/pop in a while, so I don't know, but I recommend stuffs from Unicorn Table (they sing the opening theme for Jinkiextend or something, I think)
