I'm wondering if there are any 'subscribe to thread' button in this forum?
Let's say I find a topic I'd like to watch, but haven't replied to, is there any way I can subscribe to that thread?

There isn't any subscription features in phpBB 2.0, which is what D-Addicts is built on. There are mods that can add on this feature, but D-Addicts doesn't have it.

Isn't that what the "Watch this topic for replies" button is for at the lower left hand corner of a topic page (just above the quick reply box)? I watch topics without posting to them all the time.

Yeah, I guess that's what he meant. The mod I was thinking of is the one that allows a member to create a custom list of subscribed topics.
