i thought it was a problem with the file names not matching, but it wasn't (or so i think). the subs should work with windows media player classic (i'm assuming regular windows media player will work too). my default is bs player and that didn't work (as well as vlc player).

Oh, I'm not angry or anything so please don't be surprised when i use bold and all caps:

PLEASE DO NOT USE VLC PLAYER TO VIEW SUBS.

non-angelical informed me that in VLC, the fonts styles disappear, the colors i used disappear, and the translation notes get mixed up with the dialogues. I've taken extra pains especially for the translation notes to appear on top and the romanji translations to appear next to their respective kanji counterparts, so I suggest, so that you'd get a much better viewing experience, DO NOT USE VLC. USE GOM INSTEAD or install the codecs. Big Smile

AND PLEASE DONT HARDSUB THEM TOO. LS is already doing that so please support them and wait for their release.

hi, firstly thanks for the softsubs. they were wonderful to people like me who cannot understand most of the Japanese spoken. arigatoo~

just wanna point out the small mistakes in the subs i've notice that was stuck on my mind.

Cameron: and you're 8 years too early to be confessing to me.
it should be 100 years i think

Rei: so go back to the store now, your wife might be come here looking for you
i think instead of wife, it should be customers

despite these, i feel that the subs are great for i couldn't even do 10% of them. keep it up~

The problem with the original sub is that it was saved in UTF format, I changed them to ANSI and there's no problem at all. Cool

Patiently waiting for the ep.4 sub.
