Hi, I have been using soft subs for a while and this is the first time that this has happened for me. I loaded the soft sub file with the raw and when I open the file to play the video, the video does not play. I the tried to delete the .srt sub file and the video worked again. I'm not sure what the problem could be. Could someone please advise and help with this problem? Thank you.

It's possible the .srt sub file you downloaded is corrupted, which cause the video player to hang while trying to load the .srt file. Just download another copy of the .srt file from a good source. Also try using another video player to see if it will load the .srt file and the video.
