d'oh! Really sorry about that, I have the file, but I just missed it when I created the torrent. I don't know if I can make revisions to this upload, so I guess the easiest will be to just download this:

Is there still someone who has the entire contents of the torrent? He remained at 94.7% need a seeder, which has 100% please.
