Maybe you need to install actualizations for your torrent download program? I mean, my usual speed was like 10 kb but I actualized my azureus this morning and it downloaded the eppy really fast, with, like, 60 kbs

If you're behind a firewall, be sure to open up your Bittorrent ports so you can be connected to more peers. This will speed up your download speeds tremendously.
