Hi people,
I have problem with my skin. I know it's very widespread and there're many methods of treatment but I need your advice.
I'm young man. I have a strange kind of acne. Strange because I've tried many methods to clear my skin with zero result.
I want my skin will be clear and health.
Does anyone have such problems?
What kind of remedy do you use? And what about effectiveness?
Can you suggest me treatment which will be efficient for my skin?
I'm really need your help for it!

Thank you,
Dave.

I used to have a huge problem with acne.

A dermotoligist precribed benzol peroxide and clyndomison for my skin problem as well as some antibiotics. I stopped taking the antibiotics after the MAJOR problems subsided but continued using benzol peroxide and clyndomison. Now I only use a little clyndmison.

Nothing really worked for me until my dermatologist prescribed Accutane. It's a form of Vitamin A in pill form, but they generally only use it after trying topical creams and antibiotics first because there are a lot of side effects, it can be expensive (there's a generic though, so that helps), and it causes severe birth defects if you get pregnant while you're on it.

I didn't really have any major side effects, aside from dry skin, and it worked really well for me. After I was taken off of the Accutane, my dermatologist gave me Retin-A Micro to use, which is the topical version of Accutane. That also tends to dry out my face, but I just use extra moisturizer.

Hope this helps.

I have acne too, but itz because i'm a teen ^^;; lol anywayz, i got rid of them by drinking a bunch of water everyday and eating a lot of fruits. They said its best to clean the inside first and work your way out. Here are some methods you can use:
1.If you don't consider it too girly like some guyz do...place some slices of cucumbers on your face once a week.
2. Wash your face everyday and everynight.
3. Limit down on oily, fattening foods.
4. WHATEVER U DO...don't try to pop them!!!! it will make it worst and you'll leave some scars...just let them naturally heal.
um...what else...uh..oh! use this japanese face formula! its really nice....smells good too hehe its called Junkisui or ShiSeido, the two best japanese brands for face cream. I hope these works for you ^ ^

Do NOT try the "put a tiny dab of toothpaste on each zit" method... Instead of pimples you will have red craters. My wife had ONE pimple, and it bothered her, and somebody convinced her to put toothpaste on it... She made the mistake of doing it before going to bed, so the toothpaste was there all night... Yikes!

You should try taking pantothenic acid... but don't take it in large doses like what you might read in articles in case you try to research on it (they usually recommend 10 GRAMS)... because it will make your skin regenerate soooo much that your palm will peel (believe me I've tried traking 3 grams a day... and that's just 3 grams! ) So just take 250mg every morning and before going to bed... be patient... in a month's time... I'm sure you'd have less acne ^__^
