Geezer: I believe that these are the subs from the old tv-rip. What we need is (approximately) the preceding 4 minutes of dialogue. Thanks anyway for posting this.

Here are the first 2 minutes of the 4th episode.
Sorry - 1) no timing 2) the English is not my native language. - the check by native speaker is absolutely necessary 3) there are few places i didn't understand.
Beru Ekippu ni atarasii o-na ga umarete ikkagetsu ga sugiotosite iru.
One month has passed since the new owner become part of "Belle Equipe"
Izen to kurabete kon no sukosi wa kyaku ga hairu you ni natte iru.
Little by little clients started to come to the restaurant.
To wa iu mono no hanjou site iru to wa osezi nimo ienai.
But for now we can't say even for flattery that the restaurant is doing a flourishing business.
mada-mada hajimatta bakari.
We've just started.
syoubai kore-kara desu.
The really big business are about to begin. /is only in the future/
sore wa sitsurei.
It's impolite.
Hatakoyama, ___ isoide __
Hurry up, Hatakoyama!

Nani, nan. Nani wo?
What, what is it?
Hidoi! Sekkaku tsukutta no ni!

Kyou wa sanninme desu.
Today it's the third time.
Um, oisii jan?
I find tasty!
Anta ga tsukarete kuru to aji ga koku naru kuse ga aru.
You have a habit to make taste strong when you get tired.
Buransyo ga oosugimasu!
There's too much of Blanche! (maybe it's some kind of whitener for food??)
Kore ja sekkaku no sitabirame dainasi desu!
You ruined such a wonderful sole!
Itido tatenara daredemo saikou no ajitsuke ga dekimasu.
When you master the flavouring you can do it whenever you can (I'm not sure about this line...)
Nandomo tsukuttemo onaji aji ni suru no wa anata no yakume desu
It's your duty to cook the same dishe every time with the same taste!
Tsukarete itemo Ki no ukanai you ni
Even if you're tired, try not to loose your attention!
Tyotto buransyo ga ookatta dake yo...
It's just a little bit more of Blanche...
Erasouna yatsu!
Such "smart" guy!
Sou nan da! Dakara onna wo miru toki wa mimi wo miro tte ne!
Yes! That's why when you look at woman you should look at her ear!
Doko ni?
Where?
Koko na!
Here!
Konna katati.
Like that.
Itai, itai!
Ouch!
Doko no katati?
Like what?
Iya, koko desu yo!
Here, here!
Kono rain da ne!
It's a line here.
3-ban no okyakusama sara wo _____
We should take the plates from table No 3.
Datte, mada nokottemasu yo!
But he haven't finished it yet!
Saigo ni te wo tsukete 5-fun ga sugitemasu
He haven't touched it for 5 minutes.
Kyou no sitabirame aji koi isasaka hyouban ga aru you desu kara.
It seems that everybody today noticed that the taste of sole is too strong.
Wakarimasita!
Yes!
Ano, sore kara 7-ban no okyakusama... ano... menyu wo oite, ohanasi wo nassate orimasu kara
And the table No 7. The clients put the menu and are just talking.
ooda wo!
We gotta take the order!
Ima, ikou to omotte ita tokoro.
I was just about to take it.
Hai, onegai simasu!
Yes, please!
Itiniti urusai n de!
The whole day long, such annoying!

If you insist... ;)
and again - 1) check by a native speaker is absolutely necessary, 2) i couldn't get some phrases by ear. If only I had japanese subs!!
the first quote of the episode - it's "The timing is important in a man's life and in making omlette. Michelle Saragetta"
Anna sinzanmono kore ijou ________ mazui to omou n da.
This novice thinks he knows everything! It pisses me off!
Sansei da na!
I'm agree!
Ano yarou hito no sigoto ni tyotto kuti wo hazure sugiru!
And he interferes in one's work too much!
Sou nan da yo!
Yeah!
Kyou datte sa... Ore tanbaru moritsuke no jikan ga kakarisugiru to, okoraretyatta yo!
For example today - it took me a little more long to cook __??__, and he yelled at me! (i don't know what...)
Sonna koto itta n desu ka?
Really?
Ore, jikan kakeru no ga suki nan da yo!
I like to take my time when I cook!
Sou nan da yo! Anta no deza-to sugoku umai n da! Wakatte nee da yo!
Yeah! Your desert is always very tasty. And he can't understand it!
Koujou to ja nai da kara sa...
We're not working in a factory...
Sengoku-san Sizuka-san no ryouri nimo itimon wo tsukemasita.
And he also criticized Sizuka's dishes!
Nan datte?
What?
Aji ga koi toka ityatte... Ne?
He said the taste is too strong... Am I right, Sizuka?
Bakayarou! Sizuka-tyan no ryouri wa aji ga tooi kokunai janai ka?
Such fool! Sizuka's dishes taste is far away from being strong.
Maa... Are wa tasikani tyotto syoppakatta kamosirenai!
Maybe this time it was a little bit salty...
Ii n da yo! Sizuka, jisin wo motte _____
Come on, Sizuka! Believe in yourself! (i know the phrase sucks, who knows how to say it in english?)
Ma, tonikaku, kono mama ja Sengoku ni mise ____________
Anyway, we can't let Sengoku take over the restaurant!
Koko wa hitotsu minna de tikara wo awaseru janai ka?
Let's join against him!
Yarimasyou!
Yeah, let's do it!
Tyotto matte, nani sunno?
Wait a sec! What are you going to do?
Tatiagaru n desu yo!
We rebel!
Sengoku ni _________
?????
Yameyou yo. Houttokya ii jan?
Come on! Let's leave it as it is!
Iya, sou wa ikan!
No, we can't let it go on!
Yarimasyou!
Let's do it!
Kyouryoku site kureru ka?
You'll help us?
Hai!
Yes!
Ja, asita...
Well then... Tomorrow we'll....
Jinsei to omuretsu wa nite iru to dareka ga itta.
Somebody said that a man's life is like making an omelette -
Dotira mo taimingu ga daiji da
in both the timing is important.
Zanketsu suru koto wa utsukusii!
When it's not completely cooked it's beautiful,
Sikasi kono baai taimingu wa saiaku.
but in this case the timing is awful.
Mohaya karera wa atomodori wa dekinai no darou...
And maybe these people can never go back...
-----------
I hope my nick (as translator) will be somewhere in srt file - looking for glory, you know ;)

Thank you for subbing the series, but ...
How do you open .rar files for free? I could only find sites that you had to purchase the software for $29. There was another one, but it was bundled with another software that allows advertisements. Not sure I wanted to do that, and so ...
Would appreciate your help in this. Thank you!
