Yea the japanese language is interesting.
Anyway I think it would be better not to give a translation for the dorama name.
Like I said before I've asked some of my Japanese friends and they didn't know.

I know this subject is dead and buried, and I don’t want to dig it up but, I just wanted to
comment on it 「アンナさんのおまめ」 title

Your standard dictionaries will give you usually three definition such as the ones
below. But it is hard to tell which one is intended because
They don’t write omame in kanji. But it’s defiantly not the first one because that’s a
adjective and grammatically it wouldn’t make sense.

忠実【まめ】
(adj-na) (1) faithful; loyal; devoted; (adj-na) (2) hardworking; painstaking; diligent; (adj-na) (3) healthy; fit; (P)

豆【まめ】
(n,pref) (1) beans; peas; (2) (as a prefix) miniature; tiny; (P)

肉刺【まめ】
(n) (col) blister; corn

But it actually seems to be a common phrase and I have heard before such as
お正月のまめ知識 New Year’s bean knowledge, but then again it could mean blister I
don’t really know. But I bet there are some Japanese people who watch the show that
don’t know the answer either. But I have to agree with nadesico the Japanese
language is interesting just look at the kanji they used for blister, 肉 which is the kanji
for meat and 刺 which is the kanji for thorn, put it together and you get MEAT THORN.
Sounds like a heavy metal band name to me.
So we could say the title is Anna's Meat Thorn.....Just kidden

I was just wondering on the title the little tag that is attached to the　め "me"
that say's 美人のおまけ　, "bijin no Omake", "The beautiful women's exaggerationl"

Are they refering to Anna or Riri ?
