siantut-well i just want to say that im really thankful that u decided to pick up this series..even though i prefer softsubs, the hardsubbed would be good too..i hope ppl didn't discourage u from doing this project..i can say that there r more appreciative ppl out there who r very grateful of ur work that those ppl who **** n complains...
well just keep up the good work..
i was wondering if u would allow ur hardsubbed files be uploaded in clubboxes?
if not it's all good ill just dl bitcomet..

pay no mind to those thoughtless ppl, i think you should continue releasing the softsub and make improvement so that they wont be to say anything anymore. they have the choice of downloading the softsub or not. i'm just so glad that someone is subbing this series. If you stop releasing the softsub, you're just doing what they want.

It's a shame that you have been discouraged from releasing your softsubs. I for one am extremely greatful for the amount of effort and work you have put into it and i hope that you might change your mind.

siantut I agree.. Those people just want everything done their way.. I hate how there is always someone out there that ruins it for the rest of us..... I personaly like the softsubs the way they are..I can see the video better on my TV.. if people have complaints about them then they can edit the mistakes themselves.. I use softsubs so I know what pain they can be to edit....... hmm... The point that I am trying to make is that you should ignore those people that complain about your work and do what ever you want.

or maybe there should be a forum rule about complaining about the quality of the subs. Whistling

Anyway I will be missing the soft subs Crying

Aww man.... just my luck... I was hoping to get this drama with softsubs, since I'm a huge quality freak (video-wise, not the subs... I really don't care less about the subs.. just as long as I understand). Ah well. I guess I'll live with it. I'm just glad that someone's actually willing to sub this drama.

Keep up the good work and thanks for putting your time and effort into these! =)

I share your annoyance with the lack of tact or gratitude that some posters display on these boards. But bear in mind that a lot of the people who frequent these boards are children - literally young kids, ackward teenagers, juveniles, what have you. In other words, people you normally wouldn't take seriously.

Due to the anonymous nature of this forum, children can masquerade as adults. This is both good and bad. It's good because it cancels out the normal prejudice grown-ups tend to have towards kids and allows the more precocious youngsters to engage in mature conversations without being patronized. On the other hand, it's bad because most kids aren't yet ready or capable of mature conversation, but because you can't see their pimply faces or hear their scrawny voices, you could easily make the mistake of giving more weight to their comments and opinions than they deserve.

So, please, I'm begging you, release your wonderful softsubs for the grownups in the forum, and pay no mind to what the gakki say. If you could only see what a lot of these brats look like, all that acne and peach fuzz, I swear you won't stop laughing.

If my post was insinuated in such a derogatory manner, I apologize. At that time, I thought the HQ version was not going to be released, so I was just inquiring about it. Sorry.

I'm sad to hear that you've decided to stop releasing the softsubs, as a fansubber I respect your decision however I don't think you should take those comments seriously, there are always "rude" people out there that don't seem to know how to appreciate other's hard work..Like some have been saying, the majority of us here do appreciate your hard work so I really think it's not fair for the rest if there's just one or two silly people as we would prefer softsubs over hardsubs and we are patiently waiting..There's really no one complaining about your softsubs, so I think you should ignore all the negatives, and look at the positive side..You know we loves you for subbing this great drama, so please reconsider...

I actually prefer your videos, because they're easier to download and actually not so bad quality. I can't always download videos which are 800something mega, it downloads for whole week ._____. And your quality is good, just not like the dvd, but that doesn't matter so much, it's just that the fans are greedy xD''' if they like so much dvd quality they could just buy dvd xD'''
but wherever you choose - the hardsubs or softsubs, I would be still very grateful to you *^^* so akiramenaide!!!
And I believe there are more people here, like me, who appreciate your work!

II appreciate the hard work and dedication that you and the rest of the subbing team are putting in to bring us the subs. You have the right to decide how the subs will be released though may I please add my request for you to reconsider continue to release your soft sub?

As you can see from my low post count I hardly post here but here I am begging you not to stop releasing the softsubs

*actually I prefer hardsubs but for nodame I am too addicted to wait for the hardsubs so ended up dl the raw first... so if you have the softsubs - you'd spare me from dl twice.*

Lol I like the commercials most of the time. Besides I can just FF over the ones I don't like. The great thing about commercials in Japan is you sometimes get to see your favorite musicians, or actors in these commercials and a lot of them are funny too.

I too prefer softs cause it comes out faster and you don't have to worry about encoding it. I think making the subs are far more harder than hard encoding them into the file. I can do that on my own if I like the show enough.

Either way it's you show I'll be happy with whatever you decide. Keep up the good work and thanks!

Sorry to hear your tireness of being the fansubber.
I am one of the ppl who prefer softsub. Because I enjoy watching JDorama via DVD Player with my 21" Television more than stare to 12.1" Labtop Monitor. And by that way, the subtitle of Hardsubbed Video is too small to watch so I prefer softsub that I can adjust the subtitle's size by myself Mr. Green
