Actually I watched Carmen one first, then Idy's. When I first watched Carmen's one, she looks like a stone. Then I watched Idy's one, I began to love ROCH series. In the novel, xln looks like 15-17 doesn't mean you have to choose immature 15-17 girl to play XLN. Idy is a talented actress. I am still looking for the Idy's HR role inLOCH 88 VCD.

She is not even better than the girl in this version.

liu yi fi is not bad but I prefer idy chan. I like 1983 version the most because all the characters are great. Hand to hand fighting is incredible. 83 version artificial mountain, house, flowers, cliffs are nice. 2006 have many computer graphic, it is so annoying.

havent watch that yet. i dont think i could find it. most likely it's on VHS. i dont really care if you like roch '06 or not. it's your personal opinion. i just dont like how people come up with stupid comments such LYF doesnt look the part/she's too young....when actually she's the closest to the novel so far in terms of looks/age. some never read novel but they claim this and that. Well she is supposed to be emotionless in the beginning. But she looks mad and hit Guo'er's butt instead. She shouldn't play the role because she looks alot younger than YangGuo!

okay, that's fine with me too. tell me why she's awful.

about her facial expression...fine, maybe you saw something different.

but with her looks, you know xln suppose to look younger than yang guo right?

since roch is a popular series, I watch it.. but I don't like the people in 2006 because their clothings, hair are ugly compared to golden 80's. Even the worst Riche Ren's version is better than HXM version.
