Oh, nice work seirin. I've been wanting to learn some Korean too, but none of the colleges around me offer classes.
I don't suppose there is any other way to get those files? I use a mac, and a linux box and it looks like this is windows specific (I can barely read korean, so I dont know)
Is it the same as this?

I only have it on clubbox. The only other way is to manually type in and edit the mms links to download with a resuming program. But its alot of links to edit. 260 episodes...260 links.
The video quality of youtube is same as the 260 episode lessons. I think the sound quality isn't too bad, they're asf or wmv files. The link from youtube for the 2 females teaching, the file I have is better quality than that. Its an avi file. Video quality you can judge by the screen captures. Sound quality, I think its decent. Not great but you can understand.

I don't know of any online dictionaries with romanization/pronunciation. You basically have to learn how to read the Hanguel first. There's some tutorials for Korean that teach you how each character is romanized and the sounds for them. After you learn the Hanguel, you don't need to rely on romanization for the sounds. There's some variations to sounds of certain characters, so...if you watch enough subbed music videos, you'll notice.

I have a dictionary with English-Korean (conversations) in it. I'd say it's not enough. But what I like in my dictionary is that it includes the hangeul. I've learned it faster compared to katakana, hiragana and kanji.

I learned such things through self-study.
