Taiyou no Uta / A Song to the Sun [Eng Subs] (Complete)

This was a lovely drama. I was wondering if a combined French and English subtitles would be of interest to anyone out there. Reason is that I like to enjoy both languages at the same time for this drama which I watched twice already! What I mean combined is that both languages would appear together. This means that more text will appear on the screen and less picture... so the screen can be a bit busier.

HOW DO YOU OPEN THIS .srt file ive tried BSplayer and dvid and it still doesnt work for all of u successfully that watched it please help and between thx to the sub teams great effort

I have seen lots of versions of this PV video but no English translation so here it is together with the Japanese Romanji all syched with the original Japanese text. Does anyone know where I can find an "english subbed" version of "Taiyou no uta, the movie"??? I downloaded one which is around 800MBs.. and realise it's only japanese T.T

This subtitles goes well with the "PV_KaoruAmane-TaiyounoUta(704x480 MPEG2)" of 5 minutes duration. This is SSA format and allows you to view Japanese Katakana and Romanji on the top left hand side and the Traditional Chinese and English on the bottom right hand side. (The original ssa file by PhantasyStar had Japanese and Chinese only). It is really fab as the singing is synched with the words. The English is my work in progress translation but gives you enough of the meanings from the Japanese. Big Smile

Use vobsub filter splitter to view the ssa format subtitles in Windows Media Player and also in Zoom Player for example.

I am downloading this now. I can't believe I missed it! i saw the film in stores here, but since I don't really watch TV here, I didn't know that it used to be a TV drama! Or is it the other way around? Anyway, I hope there are enough seeds!

Hi everyone, first of all thanks a lot to D-Fansubs for subbing this, i've only just started to get into J-dramas and i'm really enjoying this series. One problem for me though is that the soft subs seem to be out of sync for me, especially for episode 5. I have no idea what the problem is.

Umm all the info that I can give you is that my raw is 704x396 DivX6.25 version.
