Printer only costs like $50 dollars (it was on sale), I bought it from Fry's Electronics here in California. Think normal price is around $89 dollars. I bought it a while ago so maybe cheaper now. It has this removable CD/DVD tray you place the disc onto and it prints right onto it.
It's an inkjet printer. I printed about 100 dvd's with the ink it came with. The inks do cost alot though when it runs out, i think around $50 for a set of 6 inks. But you can buy generics for really cheap, $15 dollars for 6pack, but dunno how well they print.
Lastly you need some printable DVDrs. Get the hub printable type so you can print all the way to the center. Personaly I use verbatim 16x ones.

| do the epson R200 comes with a program where you can fix the cover for the dics and does it comes with photoshop or you have to buy sperately (bad grammer)

The printer comes with a printing program, but it's very basic. You just load picture, and you can add some text etc. The program will align it perfectly with the disc when it prints. It comes with some other basic software for fixing pictures, but not very good.
I use photoshop to make the actual picture as a .bmp, then I load that picture into the printing program. I don't print it out with photoshop because it doesn't align it right. But for making the picture and putting the text on it, photoshop works great.

I guess the only thing to save me from going crazy over ROCH today is the France vs. Italy match lolz 
it look really nice.. may i ask you where did you buy the epson R200 and how much did it cost and is it like a leaser printer and do u need to buy ink for it too..? sorry for asking so much
