Sometimes, japanese people said domo arigato, when U give something... is it also mean thank you?
What's the difference...
I learn it when I watch chinese Kung Fu drama and japanese anime....
It's fun to have many language in this world...
where are japanese people when you need them the most^^
hmm...well its a bit complicated and you will see people handling it different.
as i have understood it...for some reason to give something is a good thing (ofc it is) so you like to thank the one that you can give something to.
like people giving buddhist monks goods or money and they thank them for taking their gifts. maybe they expect to have a better life or afterlife or even reincarnation then.
domo arigato is plain and formal...arigato or even only "domo" is enough to thank someone but remember the more you say the more it will be a sign of gratitude.
short forms you can use if you are friends or if you are really superior;)
if you really want to say "you are welcome" or exspecially want them to notice you want to give something "dozo" would be right. (in farest sense: i beg you).
if anything is wrong i would be grateful for a properly speaking japanese person to correct me here.
but to defend myself...my japanese friends have a hard time explaining me the translation and meaning of words in german^^
like wakata and wakarimashta...i still dont get it...where is the difference?
well thats all for now...
thx for this nice surprise with episode 26 today...cant wait until our hero swings the heavy sword hehe.
and gugu...look for your love...he lost his arm...i dont think because he forgot it^^

Isamu, JeanN|E, crazylife123, odbayarb2000... thank you, duo xie, domo arigato...
It is nice to see many people sharing their thought and information here...
I like the condor, it looks great! Although the leopard looks like there have special effect flaw (not enough frame per second) or maybe it is very hard to draw like the real leopard...

Isamu, I think you are right... "doumo" itself already mean Thanks. The most formal one I've heard is "Doumo arigatou gozaimasu", which means Thank you very much.
And the proper response to the "thanks" would be "Dou Itashimashite" (You're welcome).
As for "Wakatta", I think it is the informal way of "Wakarimashita" - so both have the same meaning. It is the past tense of "Wakarimasu" (meaning "to understand").
I only know a little Japanese, so pls correct me if I'm wrong..

i cant wait to watch this scene..
Hidden:
The spectators felt in awe of her gaze, and all involuntarily turned their heads to see what was so strange about that rosebush. They noticed a human shadow fly out round the side of the pine lined field and sneak into the no-man’s land between Fawang and the Quanzhen Five Masters. That person, darting past everyone, grabbed hold of Xiao Longnu with his left arm and had already leaped out of the ring. Without wasting a moment, sat beside the rosebush, and rested her against his chest. This person was of course Yang Guo!
Xiao Longnu’s face lighted up, tears flowing from her eyes: “Guo’er, it’s you. This isn’t a dream?”
Yang Guo nodded, kissing her cheek, his voice soft: “Not a dream. Am I not holding you right now?”

I guess "Press Combination" can beat "Endless Clicks" technique.
If you master at "Ten Fingers Press Combination " then you will counted as great martial artist in Martial World.
