No ... the problem is the announce URL, this thing:
http://groink.no-ip.org:7979/announce <-- space was here
That had a space on the end of it. I don't know how it got in there but it seems to have confused things.

NG is the best way to have nothing for me ^^
and i can't even download things with my ISP newsgroup (alt.binaries.multimedia.japanese don't work for instance)

yeah, for most people NG's isn't free and even if it is provided by your ISP the groups you want aren't there. It definitely has its benefits though and there are things uploaded on NG's which aren't here. Such as Aoi Tori DVD rips (blue bird) which is curently being done by doramaworks?
Maybe someone will upload it, but its an 800mb file and that'll take all day to seed. If you compare that to NG the original poster only has to upload the 800mb file and an unlimited number of people can get it.
I pay for access which is basically for convience
