Are you refering to how many episodes total in the series? There's 41.

Is it true that after episode 20, you guys will released all 41 episodes since there was another group of subbers doing the last batch?
I'm not asking for release date, I'm just asking for confirmation since I heard this rumor.

The preference of servers depends on what you want from them. Overall, none of them is perfect, each is better than another at one point and worse at another. Also, these servers usually change their rules, because when ppl know any good server, they will abuse them so bad that the owner of the server has to or wants to make it harder to dl: they can limit/ restrict size, speed, bandwidth... or they can ask for $$$$$$$$ 
IMO these are some good servers:
filefront.com - files stay forever, but dl speed really sucks, no other limit. UL speed is OK
megaupload.com - files stays forever unless no one click on the link in 30 days. Limit size: 250MB. speed varies, 20K-160K. If you have premium account, everything is perfect: file size limit 5GB, full dl speed,....
yousendit.com - smoking fast, but files only stay for 7 days or 25 times. No other restrictions.
