aility is actually correct... The rule here is to check with the uploader of the previous work. It doesn't matter if yours is better quality, smaller, has xxx subs, etc. The common courtesy is to first search to see if anyone has uploaded the same title. Then, if you do find one, you must write to that person via PM to see if it's alright for you to upload your version.

The reason (and I've explained this at least 1,000 times but it's not getting through people's heads) is that when a more recent torrent of the same title is uploaded, all previous torrents are virtually rendered useless as a result of common human instict. Useless torrents become un-seedible because people think it doesn't make any sense to seed an older seed when a newer one exists -- even if there's people still with their DL windows open for the older one.

As a result, us moderators have to start cleaning up these dead torrents so that no one else will fall into the trap of trying to download an un-seedible torrent... It sends false expectations.

So please... The next time you want to upload a movie/drama, please do a search for the torrent, then kindly ask the uploaders of the previous torrents (if you find any). And if you do obtain permission, let one of the moderators know so that he/she can then bring it up with the other mods and eventually kill the older torrent(s).

I have no idea what is wrong with this movie, but cant play it properly, skips frames a lot..help me out, I have tried DivX player, Windonws Media Player, etc, they all have the same problems. tried on other machines, problem persists
