:\ Would you really depend on other people if a series is good or bad? This series may not have the horrifying love square where two of the people in love are evil and would do anything to rip the main couple apart and it may have the main guy be nice and honest rather than a big headed rich jerk like that majority of kdramas do, but it's practically it's own series that you'd love because it is different.
How can a series be judged bad if not everyone thinks that way? I really enjoy this series and can't see why it's bad. It may have a quick timeframe that confuses people at times, and there may be little details that need to be filled in, but someone would have to watch the whole series to get the details.
So, I just hope you've tried the series yourself to get feel for it and decide if you like the series yourself. :3 Han Ji-Min is unbelieveably cute in this series. >_< So cute~

Yeah I totally agree with you. A lot of people been saying they don't like this drama because people don't like jae-won and the kids. But the drama is more than just liking the people. It's about how they develope the characters and how they bond with eachother. This drama is actually different and offers everything you would want to see just at a slower pace. If only Wolf didn't have to be cancelled this show wouldn't get as much heat.
I'm also getting tired of those stupid love triangles and how every other girl actor has some sort of disease and you know they will die type of deal. I guess watching too many dramas can make you really sick and think stupid so you gotta lay off for awhile. thats just my 2 cents.

suprisingly the ratings is poor..
To my opinion, i think this series is good especially the kids. I'm still watching it. Now up to ep.8 and i kind of like it.
Kim Jae Won doesnt look like a gangster and a teacher too but i still enjoy looking at him. Haha.....he should learn to dress like a gangster and also a teacher. His dressing like those wokring for some corporate company.
I enjoy seeing Han Ji Min too, though she's acting so much like Lee Da Hae(My girl), was is because the producer demands so? Han Ji Min is very pretty. When she doesnt act cute, She's really very sweet. Her role in Jewel had already give me a strong impression on her.

| this drama is turning into one of my all time favorites =] i love practically everything about it, and i agree dettol, kim jae won doesn't look much lke a gangster, but he plays his part well i think. and ha ji min is superb cute this is the first drama i've seen her in so it leaves a good impression =D

| You know I don't have a PC at home to download korean drama series. So, I still have to wait for my friend to complete downloading before I could have a copy. I am sure I am going to enjoy this series. It seems it has a good storyline plus the fact that I like the performers in it.

| For the last three (3) weeks, I've watched 3 consecutive k-drama series with male leads doing a gangster role, namely: One Fine Day, Love To Kill and this one Great Inheritance. I think this is a trend in Korea. Among the three lead actors, however, I find Kim Jae Won's role as adorable and charming. KJW may not be in my list of most good looking actors in Korea, but I find him very charming and everytime I watch his series, I am just so drawn to him. Probably because of his natural charm and and nice smile. His leading lady (Mi Rae), although very petite, blends with Jae Won in the small screen. And, I must say of the three leading ladies, her role is the most supportive to the lead male role, compared to One Fine Day and Love to Kill, making Great Inheritance a feel-good k-drama series. Very nice indeed!
