yea but those kinda of guys does exist it just that they're the quiet one man here there are hardly any cute asian guys but then here the cute ones are the bad boys one

I think that Ella does not really look girl like so really can be a boy. However in the japanese drama you looks like both. Also, I prefer acting in the japanese version, I think it's funnier, and that oguri shun has pulled off the lead male excellently and the lead girl also seems to have more depth and is not as whiny as Ella. I find her so annoying, especially when she's stuttering, I think she's so ugly

waah...first time in years that I watch a Chinese drama again. Have seen ep 1 and must say I like it so far.

I have seen the J-version of HanaKimi and do not quite understand the hype about it. Though Toma definitely deserves his award and Shun had way too little screen time to my liking, I thought the girl was so totally unbelievable a boy, so that made it already a bit difficult to dive into the drama. And she was so not funny, if intended.I find Ella, the girl in the T-version, on the contrary hilarious. Her facial expressions! She should be a comedian. I must check out her other work.

I also thought the J-version was way too.....what is the word?...... cartoon-like?... but I don't watch cartoons..... unreal? Plus weird games, weird costumes and more weird stuff, but can't put a word to it/them now.

Waiting for my dl to finish. Hopefully the rest will be just as good as or better (yeah..I am greedy) than ep 1.

Yes, this is a Taiwanese drama, although there is a newer Japanese version, too. This particular thread is for the Taiwanese drama.

Ella (from S.H.E.) is the main girl, and Wu Zun (from Fahrenheit) is the main guy.

Wu chun was our prince again. I like Jiro better. and in this drama Jiro was really cool. Ella was good enough too. It was worth to watch it especially the dorm leaders I really liked them. and the DOG I really love that dogg He is so fluffy I really like big dogs so He was so cute. Wub
