Definitely my favorite interpretation of the end of the hero's meet scene, was pretty intense. I can't help but feel the guy who's doing Guo Jing is miscast, but he pulls off Guo Jing perfectly during that scene.

Honestly, I liked the mini fight between the Taoists. It made more sense that there were hints to the combination sword techs, than that they just randomly figured it out. Though I like the idea of them fighting side by side rather than the one in front, one supporting. Lin Chao Ying was a pretty proud person, I don't think she would take a position that wasn't at least equal.

Hi suylung! I know what you mean. Everyone has been saying the best version is Andy Lau's. I thinking of watching it but a bit hesitant since I'm SO used to the current highly stylised wuxia (flying, CGI sequences and stuff. Just because I think it's beautiful and the movements are poetic in a sense) compared to the old way, you know.

And excluding certain characters is okay by me, like what the Taiwanese version did at some point. But like you said, dramatic changes is definitely a NO-NO. Not only is it disrespectful to the author and the story, also to the die-hard fans who have read the book. Big Smile

I am very disappointed in watching "Return of the Condor Heroes 2006 with english subtitles on Youtube.com." Because Eternityren didn't do a complete series of uploading the ROCH 2006 CDramas on the internet episode. Eternityren told me to go to "www.SilentRegrets.com." to upload, But I am still having trouble to go in and upload on the screen. Where can I go to another sites to upload the ROCH 2006 with english subtiltes?" I want to asked you, " if there is a monthly fee charge for the internet sites?"
