3. How to download from filefactory:
you should see links appear after the countdowns (yes, you have to click twice -- once for "no, I'm not a premium member" and 2nd time for "I want the FTP link") and THEN a one-liner link appears near the bottom of the ads that says "click here to download file via FTP server". When you see that, right click, save target as... OR copy link shortcut, paste into your favorite download manager and download away.
(***note: all things in quotations are made up, but bears similarities to the actual titles)
4. What do I do with those "prt1 + prt2" files?: use winRAR to extract
5. How come the later episodes aren't posted?: that's because fufu STILL hasn't had time to check the episodes to ensure that it WILL be used to sync the subs with.
6. Why hasn't fufu checked them?: That's because fufu is working on the next awaited episode's subtitles.
7. How do I play the English subtitles with the video?: scroll down on this page and you'll see instructions written under the "How to play subtitles with rmvb files" title (JUST below the "Subtitles" header)

In order for us to help troubleshoot your problem better, please state your problem in a clear and concise manner detailing the procedures you've taken and any errors you've encountered. Simply saying "It doesn't work" will not aid in solving the problem.
Instead of having us GUESS at what your problem might be, please tell us from start to finish what you did and basically, what happened after what you did.

Subtitles ***We are syncing all subtitles to the YDY version except when they don't have it or when the file is corrupted (ep. 6, 7 & 10-13, 15, 17, 22)***
note: episode 16 YDY's audio is slightly out of sync at the very last 5 minutes of the clip. Subtitles for this episode will be synced to both versions, so you may choose to download either version.
