LOL, same here! I'm so addicted it's not even funny! I check this website every hour whenever I'm home to see if a new episode has come out.... dude it's soooooo good!
It's really nice cuz my life isn't going very well right now... ROCH is soo good and i'm so addicted that it takes me to another world where nothing matters except Guo'er and his Gugu..... i decided to start learning Mandarin just so that I could eventually go back and watch this series w/o having to rely on the subs.
Thank you sooooo much subbers! You have NO idea how much this series means to me, especially right now of all times! I don't know what I would do with myself if I didn't have this series to take my mind of of things! Thank you SO much! |
LOLOLOL another hardcore ROCH fan hahahahahah handsdown for you, i check it every 2 hrs or so, but then i work with comp so im on pretty much the whole day so i get to check pretty often. but yea i DL the 11ep in mandarin and OMFG!!!! its soooooooooo goooooooood! hahahaha i just need subs to understand what the crap there talking bout, but regardless its mostly fighting and the mogolian guys in this series look so homo hahahahhahaha but ofcourse xiao long nu is super duper cuteeeee!

lol u sound very koo and funny  im not that addicted but yea still want to watch it coz of GuGu . Man she only 20 but soo hot . But i think i'll learn cantonese  and read the chinese sub. |
I signed up just to post a thank you for subbing this series... and also a few comments.
Has anyone seen the ROCH 95 version? I personally think it is a LOT better than this one... the main guy Yang Guo is so CHILDISH in this series it really ruins the mood for me, but like many of you guys here, I watch it for the story and gugu, she truly is hot  . Carmen Lee's not bad either but she's old now -_-.
The fighting in this is also crappier than ROCH 95? Even when Yang Guo and his Gugu were learning the Maiden sword play it looked more like dancing than actually practicing martial arts, maybe it's just me hehe. I dont see too many swords clashing, mostly computer graphics stuff and people flying around like there's no gravity lol.
Just my opinion on the series, don't flame me, I dont hate it but I do have some complaints/suggestions/comparisions, what do you guys think?

i agree that yang guo is childish like in this series, but i heard he gets more mature as the series progresses. but umm as for the fighting cause i seen the 11ep already i think is pretty crazy, the diffrence with the 2006(2005?) and 1995 is that the 95 didn't have much to work with budget was low and they didn't have the technolgy to do what we can now. This recent one has a lot of WORK done in to it, crazy fighting but i bit too crazy with the golden monk you will see next episode ahahaha but none the less i think this is going to be better than the 95.
P.S iono if its just me, but this series i can't feel the love between XLN and YG yet ?

Thanks so much for subbing these eps! I actually only dled the first one then skipped to the later ones. Ive seen three versions of this... so lol I found that I wasnt lost in the storyline at all. But personally I think that the guy that plays YG over exagerates YG's playfulness a bit... but he does look the part... and I cant wait til he matures I think he will play the more mature YG wonderfully. I have to see more of XLN to see first... lol missing out on the first few critical eps... But I like the actress who plays LMC... she seems to be best out of all the versions.
