i watched this on ESPN2. this was a pretty interesting show featuring japanese amateur athletes performing some pretty difficult tests of strength and endurance. the guy who won (some 33yr old fisherman) was pretty dang amazing. i was even more surprised to see something like this aired on espn2.
i wouldn't be surprised if someone captured it and released it on a tracker somewhere._________________ Use THUMBS UP/DOWN buttons to KEEP or DELETE posts.

The Fisherman's name is Makoto Nagano. He is pretty amazing considering. Ninja Warrior is on G4 almost every day. I have been trying to get Espn2 so I could watch the Viking show.
Oddly enough I plan a convention in Florida. On a whim I had someone send Nagano an invitation to my Japanese Animation and Culture Festival. Now I am going to get to meet him. Its pretty awesome. He is letting us print shirts with his picture on them. And he said Monster 9 (The production company of Ninja Warrior or known as Sasuke in Japan) would like to come and film his appearance in the US. Wow I might get to be on Japanese TV. That would so rock.

Oh yeah tonight on G4 they are showing a new series in the show at 8pm. There are a lot of people that love the show.
On a side note Sasuke (Japanese Name for Ninja Warrior) is filmed 2 times a year and shown on tv between regular programing seasons.
