* anybody know what player you use to play an srt file or something?

You can use Media Player Classic - http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Codec_Pack.htm . In order for the subs to appear simultaneously with the video, place the .avi (video file) and the .srt (sub file) in the same folder/directory. Then you're done! Good luck! thumright
