To be honest, the first version i saw for HYD was the Korean one, then i saw the Japanese Version ...for me the japanese one is my favorite..but the songs in the Korean version and of course Kim hyun joong are awesome...

Yay, thanks for the link~~ (it seems that i have this video in my pc but
just didn't see it~ omg i am gonna be scold by someone~~)
What i want to say - i sooo don't like Kim's haircut in this video~
Of course he has the kind a the same glare like in BOF, but in BOF that glare was mystic
and there it is maniac~ hi hi hi~~ And also, it is only my opinian:
sometimes it seems that he is blind~ Pay attention how he is staring at something~

Me to, the first time i saw him was at BBF Smile

but then i kept searching for his stuff, and now i'm not only in love with him,but also with his band, they are all so hand-some and funny guys Mr. Green

Wow, I didn't think to look for HJL thread here. I usually go to soompi to spazz about my fave dude.

Like those who posted here, BBF/BOF (whichever suits your fancy) wasn't as enticing since I loved the Japanese version (way more than the Taiwanese version). Watched it because I at least heard about Kim Hyun Joong (HJL aka Hyun Joong Leader to differentiate him from HJB aka Hyung Joon Baby). It did bring me to check him out and saw We Got Married, which seemed much-talked about if you do a search on him. Then I fell in love with him!

So, Yurga, definitely see it. He's in eps 9-38, and his final heartfelt words to Hwanbo (who he gets parntered with) is so real that it's almost like some writer wrote it, but it's not (well I feel 99% sure) - and that makes him even more enchanting! Got me in a craze! (BTW, from what I've read, and you can check out soompi's thread on the the show, they say it's 20% scripted and the rest is up to the guests - you can certainly see that when HJL first start out in the series; he's so awkward it's kinda hard to watch but funny nonetheless).

Then I saw Thank You for Waking Me Up and the follow-up season Thank You for Raising Me (both found on Quainte501's site). I saw it because I read that the Prog. Dir. was so impressed with him that he wanted him on WGM (which of course led the PD for BBF to cast HJL).

Anyhoo, for more fun you should also watch Idoling and the The Mission, both Japanese shows that SS501 did in order to promote themselves when they wanted to break into the Japanese market.

From many of the artists that I've followed, he's impressed me the most so far. (Enough for me to even go to their concert in LA this past May!) He really does live up to the hype of being 4D (4th dimensional). ^^
