I think its because Shin has been desperately looking for CG and since he new that Yul was with CG in the first place, and asked him earlier where she was but he said he didn't know, and now he found them together. or it maybe as simple as his overflowing of jealousy, imagine you wife who was missing was found by your rival? who wouldn't be jealous?
Well, that's my view of it, can't really know for sure till the subs come out. but i hope that helps!..oh i think you should edit your post as a spoiler, because others might not want to read it.

well it's actually because
Hidden:
Shin asked Yul to call him once he found Chaegyung,and because Yul didn't tell him,he punched him,it wasn't because of jealousy,but I would say he looked a bit jealous ^^

EP13-14 showed that Shin cares a/b CH. Let's hope that Shin will show more of his jealous side in next eps I love it when he's jealous. Couldn't wait, watch ep14-15 without subs but will definitely go back and watch again. I'm patiently waiting for subs
