Someone is posting piracy or home-made DVD at a.b.m.j and a.b.dvd.asia
I was hoping to see the movie version, but it turned out to be a drama hard sub
version. (I have not downloaded any ...so I go by someone's comment posted
on newsgroup)

Fansub group might get upset if it turned out to be a Piracy DVD sold by someone
using their hardsub avi. If it turns out to be a home-made DVD, that's another

hmm... I have a feeling I know what this is. Someone e-mailed me (Kioku) before asking if it's ok to redistro as a DVD format (since I guess not everyone knows how to convert to watch on DVD players). And that's fine, coz it's free and he didn't alter the files (i.e. cutting scenes, sticking watermarks on them).
So I'm also guessing, that someone else got a hold of them and is uploading them to that website. Honestly, there's nothing one can do about it. And like was already said, no one's making money from it. It's just another for of distribution right?
Now if they were selling it... that would be a different story alltogether...
