The new series that he's in with Ariel is LOCH (LEGEND OF CONDOR HEROES 2006). It's based on a very popular story by Jin Yong. Hu Ge will play the role of Guo Jing and Ariel will play the role of Huang Rong. The series is already half-way done filming. But due to Ge Ge's injuries and Ariel's scheduling conflicts, filming won't resume until March or early April of next year. I really can't wait for it to come out. I love LOCH!

Here's a pic of Ge Ge and Ariel in LOCH for your viewing pleasure. They both look very compatible together. I thought that Ge Ge was too handsome to play the role of Guo Jing, and the director toned down his good looks by making his hair wild and wind-swept but I still think he's uber cute!!! When I have more time, I'll upload more pis for you Mr. Green

Hi Milleu87 Mr. Green Yep, LOCH is definitely an awesome story....although hmm, I don't remember Richie Ren ever being in an adaptation of LOCH. He was in another Jin Yong adaptation, but it was for another series, not LOCH, I'm sure of it. The series with Richie Ren in it has Gigi Lai, Ruby Lin and Kristy Yang in it, right? The only chinese adaptation of LOCH that I know of from China is the Li Ya Peng and Zhou Xun version. You're welcome for the pics. If you want to see more LOCH-related pics, I posted them in the LOCH 2007 in the Chinese series section....enjoy!!! Mr. Green Laugh

Yeah I'm going ballistic just dying to watch LOCH 2007!!! I love Hu Ge, period, so I'll watch him in anything. But to see him and Ariel's chemistry ignite again in a series...well, that's something worth waiting for, however impatiently Laugh

Filming for LOCH 2007 should resume around July-August 2007 due to Ariel filming ISWAK 2. The delay will give Hu Ge more time to recover so that's a good thing. He's been through a very touch 2006 year and he needs time to regain his strength. I can't wait till he recovers completey and jumps back into the acting scene.
