We at the Tiger & Dragon thread really need help!
http://www.d-addicts.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=16181

The current subbers are too busy to continue. If anyone with translating experience, or with Japanese knowledge who wouldn't mind helping sub the remaining episodes (7 to 11), then please PM me or reply in this thread (though I think replying would be more reliable)
I could provide raws if you're interested.
Thank you so much for your consideration!

Isn't bluabc(ripping the Japanese subs) and the new translator(acidbutterfly) working on the subs? I guess I haven't heard from them in a while though.

If somebody rips the japanese subs, i can definitely help. Otherwise i'm afraid I wouldn't be able to do it, I never understand everything that the yakuza guys are saying.

I think if you're interested you should contact those two (bluabc and acidbutterfly) and see how far they've gotten or if they need help, etc.

???
Nya! wants to do hardsubs and we've been looking around at the other groups and no one has it on their lists for hardsubbing, so we're going to do it.
We won't be using the softsubs, if that's what you're talking about >.<

Oooh that would be cool!

The original subbers dropped the project, and I believe... somewhere out there someone's subbing episodes 7 to 11, but no one's heard from them. If Nya! wants to do hardsubs, I support them fully! ^-^

himekohimura: it's still common courtesy to contact the the original subbers before starting on a project, regardless of whether they are hard or soft sub.

Also, even if you are not using their subs in any way, you should still contact them. This isn't the anime fansub community, there are differences.

See http://www.d-addicts.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=23775&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0 which includes a lot of comments by moderators here, as well as other fansubbers.

Chances are the softsubbers won't have a problem with it.

I hope I don't come off as offending, I mean no disrespect whatsoever.

I hope this project can be finished, hard or soft subber, or both.
