an ISP blocking ports is like a cake shop not using sugar to make cake!
all ISP don't block port in japan ^__^;
i would change ISP fast
(-_-;) how come ppl in chiba end up using torrent to watch what they can get via other faster means?

Sorry. But I don't understand what you mean. I stay in the apartment which company provided and we don't have choice of our ISP. My friends in osaka also encounter the same situation.

and click on the green ''GO'' you might find a solution. Or they may have a physical firewall where you live that block you the LEO-NET service not the ISP itself

they don't block that port usualy hehe

Yes, I already visit the sites and here is the response,
port Vitesse en kbps Vitesse en ko/s
port 80 552.808 69.101
port 808 263.153 32.894
port 8080 351.717 43.965
port 43210 276.619 34.577
so is that mean only 4 ports are available?

not it means those ports works and that you have a 512kbp connection or your speed is limited [capped]
if you use those port your torrent MUST work, IF it DOES NOT work it means you have a firewall preventing you to dl not a port blocked
if your ports were blocked you would see
port 80 0 0
port 808 0 0
port 8080 0 0
port 43210 0 0

I see.....
so if the problem is firewall. is there anyway to solve that problem?

It looks like your ISP might be using transparent proxy..
In the result page does it have a different IP for the field "Votre Proxy" and "Votre IP" ?
The reason I'm asking is that my ISP uses transparent proxy.. I tried the test... here is my result..
80 996.087 124.511kb/s
808 250.986 31.373 kb/s
8080 273.789 34.224 kb/s
43210 252.925 31.616 kb/s
Votre IP : 202.72.133.xxx <-my IP
Votre Proxy : 202.72.148.xxx <- ISP's transparent proxy (I didnt specify any proxy settings in IE)
As you can see port 80 has a higher transfer rate.. I wish my d/l rate was that fast lol but my connection is only 512kbps. This happens because the test is gauging my ISP's transparent proxy server
You can probably try set your BT client to use port 43210
Some ISP blocks port 8080 as it is a "common" port to run private webservers beside port 80..
As others have suggested.. poke a hole through your firewall if you have one and forward the port yout BT client uses ie 43210 on your router to your PC.
Hope this sheds some light to your situation.
