Nice idea. But we have one big problem that old one list. Because some have more vote than others. So instead of average vote. I think you should sum up everything (or something else?).

EDIT: Just found Bayesian Rating. I think it would be better, but it need some more work. Maybe you can use excel and calculate everything automatically?

The Bayesian Rating

The Bayesian rating is a formula used by statisticians and web developers to obtain a more accurate rating from votes provided by the users. The formula is:

W = (v / (v+m) ) * R + (m / (v + m)) * C

Where:
W = Weighted Rating
v = Number of votes
m = Minimum number of votes (typically used in Top 100 lists)
R = The average score
C = The average vote across the entire dataset.

It would be a fairer ranking with Bayesian Rating since it gives more weight to popular series (those that receive lot of votes). I will give it a try.

I was little bored and made The Bayesian Rating excel file. You can use it, if you want.

And I think that instead of C = The average vote across the entire dataset. We should use C = 7 and made that (7) also minimum score for list.

EDIT: Also minimum number of votes should be 4 (or even 5) instead of 3?
