You should be happy having 3-11kB/s. Others might not be lucky as you and may receive less than you're having currently.
Moreover, please take note that there are multiple users downloading at the same and the share ration should be divided between each connected users.

| I don't know if anyone wants the series this bad but.. You can join aarinfantasy.com and get the direct download of the Yasha series. They stopped uploading the batch file but you can download any of the episodes you need. It's funny I just finished watching the series yesterday. I hope this info was helpful.
