I have added Kanpai's subtitles for episode 10 (Final episode) to the top of this post in a complete series zip file. I have also added english subtitles for the PV of 'Himawari' by Sugar, which is used as the theme song for this series.

Thank you so much Haruspex! I've been wanting to watch this one for a while now. I always seemed to start getting into new ones but I finally decided I wasn't going to keep watching new ones until I finally watched this!
