Xterminator, what's CCE? Do you have the address for it's website?
I'm always on the lookout for a better program for converting all formats to dvd.

Also the reason why I asked it to be xvid is cause normal xvid are at that bitrate and in .avi .... easier for me to encode using CCE and turn it to dvd! I don't know if CCE can handle .ogg format  that is why I want to ask you if perhaps you can do it in .avi instead while keeping this clear of a quality now that I have seen how clear it was done!!!!!
If you know a way to let CCE encode each of these .ogg episodes please let me know cause I'm planing to encode like 10 episode to dvd format per dvd disc! Thanks! |
Hmm.. well you can demux the ogm file into avi + ogg audio. This program should do the job.. http://corecodec.org/frs/download.php/198/OGMDemuxer-2.1r1.zip
then convert the ogg into mp3/ac3 or whatever u like using BeSweet http://besweet.notrace.dk/BeSweetGUI0.6b61.zip

CCE is Cinema Craft Encoder.. its not a freeware tho.. costs like $1k to buy it :S Here's a trial version -> http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_encoders/cinema_craft_encoder.cfm

I'll appreciate if u keep stupid remarks like that to yourself.. I did bold the Cantonese and Mandarin audio bit.. so please get your eyes checked...
if u wasted downloading.. then I sure wasted time + effort + bandwith uploading this.. not to mention kazuki's effort in getting the source... and guess what.. we did this for nothing too...

Just a pity the 2nd story (Return of the Condor Hero's or whatever it's called) isn't being done as well, the latest (2003?) version.

HSDS2003 isn't a sequel to LOCH2003. It's more like a side story. The story start out 100-150 years later after Yang Guo. Yang Guo's great granddaughter/decendent shows up from time to time but it's not really a true sequel.
I can't wait for the next ROCH and HSDS. ROCH will be out next year and another remake of HSDS will probably be out 2007/2008. Maybe the remake of TLBB in 2007/2008 too. I really hope they use a Taiwan/Mainland's production and not a TVB production. |

actually.. legend of the condor heroes, return of the condor heros, and heavenly sword and dragon sabre are connected. they're a trilogy. LOCH and ROCH are back to back sequals while HSDS takes place about 100 or so years after ROCH.. the guy who wrote these stories wrote it like that.. and it's a true sequal. look it up.
the file format of this upload is perfect the way it is. .. its a nice and small file.. plus the quality is still great. so no need for any changes. much appreciated for all the hard work in uploading this series..

For those of us who still have poor connections and want to keep on sharing then the smallest filesize with the greatest quality is paramount. Ogm rules!
I've made an srt file for the subs. Like others I've done recently the characters don't break down well so there could still be a few errors. The english translation is actually pretty ropey, I've reworded what I can and corrected grammar too but some lines just make no sense to me at all.
If anybody else cares to do more work on this I for one would appreciate it. I can't actually watch video on this system so I've not been able to verify any lines to the picture.
