I thought I was 176cm tall (5ft7") but found out the other day I was acto 165 cm(5ft4") so yh Neutral sooo confused, I thougt I was taller than Yamapi loooooool thumleft

But like, all my life everyone around kept telling me, "wow, you're so tall and you're only 8!? I thought you were 12!" So like, it just stuck with me and I just kept thinking I'm gonna be like really tall for the rest of my life... until highschool ;__; But yeah, just like, pounded in my head that I was tall. So that kinda makes me wish I was a bit taller, but my boyfriend hates it when I keep talking about my height because he feels hurt... Sad

I am a girl and I am 5'9".

I absolutely HATE IT! I am SO jealous of my friends that are 5'5" and below... Sad

They get all of the cute clothes and guys just swarm around them like they are honey! You can't get away with the "look at me I am such a cute little doll" when you look like an Amazon!

I can't wear "cutesy" stuff because I look stupid. The 'playful shy girl" crap never works with me. My friends go shopping and if they buy something heavy men from all over the store rush to them to carry the items to their car. Me... They look at me like "You're taller than me so you can handle it." and walk away.

And god forbid if I wear heels!!! Then I am over 6 feet and people think I am a great looking drag queen!!! I actually had someone say to me at a club 'WOW! You look just like a real woman!" Mad

It is different for tall men in society but it completely sucks being a tall woman... Glare

Wow, I wonder what area you live in because like.... I never had those kind of comments before. Because like, no one talked to me ^_^UUU But I know I would feel weird wearing heels. The first and last time I wore platform boots in 7th grade... it felt weird like I shouldn't be wearing them.

But I hate the double standard thing though! Men can be tall, but not women. I was hoping I would be taller so guys won't like me. But I feel really sorry though about what you've been through. Well, I bet you look really pretty all dressed up and wearing cute clothes!!!!!!!

I am 1.66 m tall. So around 5'4''.
I'm quite tall compared to a lot of girls I know but I'd say I'm pretty average-to-short when it comes to Greek women in general.
IOne of my best friends is around 5'1'' and people always mistake her for a middle school student although she is 22! My other best friend is 1.73 so she is around 5'6'' to 5'7'' and when she wears high heels she towers over us and we look pretty funny walking together all three of us! Like the brothers Dalton from Lucky Luke!

Im about 5'1" .. it's pretty average for indonesian like me but still i kinda hope ill get taller ..but i know it's not gonna happen since im 23 . . this is just why i have more high heels than flats ..

^^ You're lucky to be a girl. I have a friend who is 5'2 and is a full grown male.

Anyways, I'm 5'11. Wish I was taller, but what can you do.

i'm about 5'5 ... i would prefer to be a little taller, but in comparison to my schoolmates i'm kinda tall ... o.O

I'm only 165cm (maybe around 5'4)
I wish I would be a liitle bit taller because I don't look like my age (21) but I think it'll be a positive thing in the future =D
