please note: thetenken seems to be on his summer vacation right now. i will try to take over in his absence. (i am liable to his expressions of displeasure)

i have added 'asunaro hakusho' to the poll. is anyone willing to seed it? i don't have a clue. if you vote for it, you're taking your chance that no one is going to seed it.

What is a series of the week?
Since there are now a substantial number of torrents on this site, we have implemented a "Series of the Week," where we could dedicate most of the bandwidth to a particular series during that week. This helps in a couple of ways:

1. People will know what series are available and have seeds, rather than just waiting and hoping for them to be seeded at some later date.

2. For those seeders who have DVD burners and have already burnt their collections to DVD/CD, then with the series of the week they know which series can be pulled off of DVD to help seed, minimizing troublesome multiple DVD loading.

3. Constantly re-circulates older torrents back into view, and focuses bandwidth and demand toward those specific torrents, rather than having people request series across the board.

Remember, D-Addicts was started for the community, and being a part of the community means sharing. If you don't share, then everyone loses (refer to JEM's dropping of Cdramas), and a good thing open to all may become a private party.

I take no responsibility for deleting poll entries if there are no seeds. No complaints, as this is a community effort. If the community doesn't want to share, then oh well...

does the banner for the current jsotw (maria) look ugly to you? it should. i have no idea how to make a good one.

I'm going for Asunaro Hakusho this time, because of it's 31.9% viewership.. plus I now have most of summer snow and it's got quite a few seeds now Tongue

My vote's on Asunaro Hakusho, mainly because of the viewership (that has to tell something Tongue

) and because Kimura Takuya is in it (I really like Beautifull Life).

Other then that, I know both Summer Snow and Beautifull Life so there's no point in voting for those (at least not for me, plus they both are seeded on j-tv, something many people here seem to forget/ignore Tongue

), and denchi ga kireru made just doesn't somehow attract me... Could be wrong though Smile

Gonna vote for Asunaro hakusho/あすなろ白書 cause its looks interestin and also the " Viewership: 31.9% ". C'mon !!! And yes beautiful life & summer snow are available/easier to find [yes on jtv b-t archive] w000t

I have seen them all... but i have to vote for Beautiful Life! Its the best drama i have ever seen and i have forced everyone i know to watch it! But Asunaro hakusho is almost as good and kimurasan looks funny in those glasses! Cool

btw: i can help seeding Asunaro, my internet provider is kinda f***ked so from time to time my upspeed is really sloooooow... but anyway!
